Choose your 3-course gourmet breakfast from a daily menu with many delicious choices, including our own blend of international coffees, teas, fruit juices, seasonal fruits, and home-baked breads. Main courses include Waffles with Maine Wild Blueberry Sauce, several omelet choices including Smoked Salmon with Creme Fraiche & Red Caviar, Imported Double Creme Brie and Sauteed Mushrooms, Grilled Peppers and Onions with Herbed Goat Cheese, as well as All-American Ham & Eggs. Low fat and Low Carb choices are also available including our own granola with fruit yogurt, and delicious crustless quiches. A lovely Continental Basket filled with all our homemade goodies and fresh coffee is available for our early risers. Our breakfasts are served by candlelight on fine china, crystal and elegant linens in our formal Dining Room featuring newly installed murals by renowned artist, John Celio.

Chef Shari Alexander, recipient of 3 stars from The New York Times will tantalize your tastebuds with her palette of Mediterranean flavors and dishes from around the world.
